Dear Jesus, help me and all those around me to live in the optimism caused by grace and forgiveness. I do not want to look at people as the ones who have disappointed me. Instead, I want to see them as precious souls that you have redeemed and have put in my life so I can either introduce them to love and mercy or accent the love the mercy they already know. Come by your Holy Spirit and create in me the love that never dies for anyone and the mercy that binds me to them in peace. There is no unity like the unity that you create through your gospel in action. AMEN
