Dear Jesus, give me the faith and patience to wait for the proper time for you to produce a harvest from the good deeds you lead me to do. I sometimes want immediate results and grow disappointed and impatient and even want to quit doing those things. Help me to stop trying to be you, oh God. You decide what results you are working in all that you lead us to do. I just want to be your instrument. You can be the author and finisher of what I do. Give me the will to do good for everyone today and to throw results to the wind. AMEN
